It takes 2 months to craft each bottle of Sizzle hot sauce. The ingredients are fermented for a complex depth of flavor. Some favorite ways to eat it are on eggs, tacos and in rice bowls. It adds a hint of spice and acidity, enhancing the flavors of your dish. Available from the truck.
